This means that on the below days\, the students indicated will not be taught or have work set for them by union members. To ensure the safety of all students\, the School Board will be rostering home the year levels impacted on the following days:· Thursday 4 May – Year 11 · Tuesday 9 May – Year 12               · Tuesday 16 May – Year 9               · Wednesday 17 May – Year 10 · Thursday 25 May – Year 11 · Tuesday 30 May – Year 13   · Thursday 1 June – Year 12 · Tuesday 6 June – Year 10               · Thursday 8 June – Year 9Families who require their children to be onsite will need to let attendance@bdsc.school.nz know so a register can be maintained for safety purposes. Students coming in will be supervised in the library by non-union staff members. She is a local mum who has extensive experience in both working therapeutically with children\, adolescents and families; and in training and consulting to professionals. She is passionate about supporting the development of “emotional literacy” – the ability to observe and describe emotions and the positive impact this has on relationships and the way we experience the world. \nThese sessions are focused on supporting you to identify stress and worry and to find ways to build a level of resilience that involves both learning how to tolerate a level of stress or worry in everyday life\, and then what to do when that level is too much and it is starting to impact daily life.
