SUMMARY:Purchasing of Year 13 Graduation Book
DESCRIPTION:Graduation Book is only available to Year 13 Leavers and is a record of the ‘Class of 2025’.\nThe cost to purchase the 2025 Graduation Book is $30. The last day for payment is either Friday 10 October. \nThe Graduation Book fee is automatically loaded onto every Year 13 student’s account. After Friday 10 October\, students who have not made full payment will have this fee removed from their account and no book will be ordered. Every year we have students wishing to purchase one after the closing date. Unfortunately\, these requests will be declined as we must confirm numbers with the printers.  \nStudents who have purchased a book will receive this\, along with their final school report\, before departing the graduation celebration. Those not attending the celebration\, but who have paid for a Graduation Book\, can collect it from the Finance Centre during the NZQA exams.

DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to invite all Year 13 students to their Graduation Celebration\, taking place on Friday 31 October 2025 at St Columba Church\, 480 Ti Rakau Drive\, Golflands. \nThis special occasion marks the culmination of our students’ journey at school and provides an opportunity to reflect\, honour achievements\, and celebrate together. The afternoon will feature speeches from the Principal and Head Student Team\, followed by the presentation of a graduation scroll to each student. After the formal ceremony\, students and guests are invited to enjoy afternoon tea and refreshments in the function room. \nEvent Details:\nDate: Friday 31 October 2025\nVenue: St Columba Church\, 480 Ti Rakau Drive\, Golflands\nDoors Open: 12.45pm\nStart Time: 1pm\nApproximate Finish Time: 4pm\nDress Code: Smart casual \nYear 13 Student Tickets Sales:\nNo online payments accepted. Must be paid at Finance Centre Only.\nCost: $20 per student\nDeadline: Must be purchased by Monday 20 October\nDistribution: Tickets will be handed out at the final Year 13 assembly on Friday 24 October\nNote: This event is exclusively for Year 13 students. Not Year 12 Students who are leaving at the end of 2025. \nGuest Ticket Sales:\nThe venue has a maximum capacity of 495 seats. With 380 Year 13 students and staff included in this count\, guest ticket numbers will be limited. While we would love for all parents and caregivers to attend\, our priority is ensuring every Year 13 student can be part of this milestone celebration.\nNo online payment accepted. Must be paid at the Finance Centre Only\nDue to limited seating\, guest tickets (maximum of 1–2 per student – to be confirmed) will be available only after all student tickets are confirmed.\nSales Window: Tuesday 21 October – Thursday 23 October\nAvailability: First-come\, first-served basis. No holds or reservations.\nImportant: Once capacity is reached\, no further guest tickets will be sold. \nPlease note that this is a school event\, and all school rules and expectations apply. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance\, as catering is based on confirmed numbers.
