No donation/collection required. \n\nPink Shirt Day movement in 2024!\nWill you join the movement on Friday 16 May 2025 to stop bullying and spread kindness? \nWe鈥檙e asking New Zealanders to Speak Up and Stand Together to Stop Bullying by celebrating Pink Shirt Day! \nAnyone can celebrate Pink Shirt Day. Whether you鈥檙e a teacher\, student\, workplace or individual\, join the movement. \nCelebrated annually around the globe\, Pink Shirt Day began in Canada in 2007 when two students took a stand against homophobic bullying\, mobilising their whole school\, after a peer was bullied for wearing a pink shirt. \nIn New Zealand\, Pink Shirt Day aims to create schools\, workplaces and communities where all people feel safe\, valued and respected. \nLearn more:聽https://www.pinkshirtday.org.nz/[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_separator][vc_column_text] \nThe 含羞草传媒 mufti dress code applies. That is:\n\nClothing\, although casual\, must be appropriate for a college environment;\nNo slogans referring to smoking\, alcohol and drugs\, any sexual or inappropriate connotations;\nThe mid-section of the body is to be covered and any student wearing a skirt or shorts deemed inappropriate will be required to wear one provided by the 含羞草传媒 (all skirts and shorts should be at least mid-thigh in length i.e. no midi/mini-skirts or short shorts);\nFootwear is to be smart/ casual.聽 School shoes will be issued to students who wear inappropriate footwear.聽 Suitable footwear\, i.e. enclosed shoes\, must be worn for practical classes (Health & PE\, Science and Technology).\nThe normal standards of hair colour apply so please do not colour your hair for the day;\nDo not bring any props or costumes\, as they may be inappropriate or be a distraction to learning in the classroom.\n\n[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
